FACTORY WORKS
OUR SEMI-AUTOMATED FACTORY IS LOCATED IN MAHARASHTRA, INDIA ABOUT 150 KMS FROM MUMBAI CITY. WE TAKE CARE OF ALL PROCESSES INVOLVED TO ENGINEER HIGH-QUALITY LED LIGHTS & RELATED PRODUCT LINES.
ALL SAFETY STANDARDS ARE MAINTAINED ALONG WITH A COMFORTABLE WORKING ENVIRONMENT. A SEPARATE FLOOR SPACE IS DEDICATED TO PACKAGING & WAREHOUSING.
FACTORY AUDITS CAN BE CONDUCTED BY BUYERS WITH PRIOR APPOINTMENT.
PRODUCT DESIGNING
Our in-house team designs the product and we do a 3D Modeling of the product. This is done to finalize the look and feel of the product before the mould is created.
MOULD
MAKING
Once the products look and feel is approved, we start with the mould making process.
DIE
CASTING
Once the mould is ready we have an in house facility of pressure die casting ( P.D.C). Our 4 machines vary from 120 ton to 200 ton. We also have a tool room for die maintenance.
FINISHING & MACHINING
Once the casting production is done, the next process is finishing.
We have different equipment for this like Drilling and trapping machines.
We have in-house CNC Lathe machine for various products
which do not require casting.
POWDER COATING
We have an in-house plant for powder coating with 7 tank
Chemical cleaning and industry standard ovens for quality
Coating.
ASSEMBLY & TESTING
After this the next step is assembly which includes PCB design, Pick & Place of PCB, Assembly, Testing (thermal, high & low voltage) quality check, packaging & dispatch.
PACKAGING & WAREHOUSING
Packaging is done in-line with industry standards and buyer expectations. We can also prepare customised packaging
DISPATCH & TRANSPORTATION
We use branded Logistics Partners such as Fedex, DHL, Porter etc. Similarly we are open to using your preferred logistics provider.
